PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
For every new product, Integra critically analyzes the project to identify ways to streamline the production process, minimizing costs and delivery time. Whether through improvements in technology, reduction in labor requirements or operational enhancements, Integra is constantly looking for ways to improve quality and reduce costs.

CERTIFIED "DOCK-TO-STOCK" PROGRAMS
Our careful process validation and quality track record have prompted many of our customers to give Integra "dock-to-stock" certification. In doing so, certain incoming inspections can be waived, shortening lead times and reducing costs.

CONSIGNED PARTS
If one of our customers has more buying power than we do, we encourage them to use it. However they are supplied, Integra applying the same traceability and meticulous inventory management standards that have made us a preferred single source provider.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION
We offer customized production for small but frequent short runs, as well as large volume mass production, making Integra a more appealing, cost-effective choice for outsourcing.

OPEN DOOR POLICY

STERILIZATION MANAGEMENT
Integra offers GAMMA, E-Beam and Eto Sterilization manage validation protocol and sterilization of our customers’ medical devices.
